Made-to-order return policy
Many Inksing products are personalized and made specifically for each customer. For this reason, customized products cannot usually be returned or refunded because of buyer's remorse, incorrect personalization entered by the customer, or a change of mind after production has started.
When we can help
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from the product ordered, or produced with an error caused by our production process. We may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the issue.

- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A short explanation of the issue
- The email address used at checkout
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once a custom item has entered production, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.
