Are InkSing products personalized?

Yes. Many products can be customized with photos, names, dates, messages, or design options. The available options are shown on each product page.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered production, we will try to help. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

How long does delivery take?

Most custom orders need production time plus shipping time. A typical order may take about 10 to 22 business days from purchase to delivery, depending on the product and destination.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We will review it and help with a fair solution.

Do you accept returns on personalized products?

Personalized items are usually not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced due to our error.
