How custom orders work
Most InkSing products are made to order. The personalization details you enter on the product page are used to create your final item, so please review all names, dates, photos, spelling, and style options before placing your order.
Before you order
- Use clear photos with good lighting whenever a product requires an image.
- Check spelling, capitalization, dates, and names carefully.
- Make sure the selected size, color, style, and quantity are correct.
- If a product preview is shown, use it as a guide, but final placement may vary slightly by product type and production requirements.
After you order
Because custom products move into production quickly, changes or cancellations are not always possible after an order is submitted. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at dayonespace@gmail.com with your order number and the correction needed.
Production differences
Small differences in color, placement, texture, or scale can happen because screens, product materials, and production methods vary. These normal differences do not usually mean the item is defective.
